CNC Machine Operators

POSITION OVERVIEW:

CNC machine operators - 1st and 2nd shifts available.  Must be able to operate and set-up CNC machines with 3+ years' experience in a production environment.

Electronic Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Tunes and tests filters and electronic components. Technicians utilize specification sheets and drawings and
blueprints, Network analyzers, and computer programs to outline filter capacity/function. Must adhere to (MOP)
Manufacturing Operating Procedures and (ATP) Automated Testing Procedures. Conducts quality assurance spot
checks and tests for accuracy of product. Equipment used includes, but is not limited to, Network Analyzer,
calipers, computer, continuity tester/multimeter, microscope, soldering irons, plotter, calculator, wrenches, and
tuning instruments. Cleans finished products according to established procedures. Must measure tolerances.
Records job specific data on forms, logs, time sheets and other required documentation. Must complete work with
accuracy and speed.

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

High School Diploma or GED plus related experience such as televisions repair or electronics training. Previous
soldering experience or skills preferred. Mathematical skills required with emphasis on the ability to compute
rates, ratios and percentage. Ability to read, comprehend and interpret bar graphs and instructions. Thorough
knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints and schematics.

Manual Mill & Lathe Operators

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Manual Mill and Lathe Operators - 1st shift available.  Excellent machine shop skills with the ability to use CAD and machining tools.  Experience operating CNC machines would be considered a plus.

Senior Electronic Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Technicians may utilize specification sheets and drawings and blueprints, Network analyzers, and computer
programs to outline filter capacity/function. Must have good understanding of electrical equivalent circuits as
related to hardware. Must adhere (ATP) Automated Testing Procedures. Equipment used includes, but is not
limited to, Network Analyzer, calipers, computer, continuity tester/multimeter, microscope, soldering irons,
plotter, calculator, wrenches, and tuning instruments. Supports engineering in resolving related production issues.
Checks for accuracy of prints and BOM. Prototyping of super components, which include; multiple connectors, mix
of technologies such as: lumped elements, transverse electro-magnetic, suspended substrate, etc. exhibiting
varieties of frequency responses. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

 DUTIES:

    • Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of highly complex technical tasks which require a
       substantial understanding of engineering techniques and all technical objectives
    • Provide mentoring in the use of an increasingly complex engineering tool set.
    • Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative
    • Perform as member of a technical team utilizing effective communication skills, including leadership role
       and interaction with higher level leadership and customers. Actively promotes team decision making
    • Provides technical recommendations for capital, expense and service acquisition
    • Demonstrates use of resources to enhance job and product performance
    • Utilizes automated test or CST. Highly proficient at data analysis using required software tools
    • Is viewed as a technical resource to others
    • Works from minimal documentation, written or verbal instructions, schematics, rough sketches, diagrams,
       layouts and plans often requiring interpretation
    • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments
    • Applies significant electronic theory to configure, model, layout, prototype, build, test, troubleshoot,
       determine solutions and modify electronic product for engineering efforts applicable to the department
    • May assist engineers with design and development of new processes and/or products

 QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

Associates Degree in Electronic Technology with 5 years related experience in the electronic field demonstrating
high filter aligning skills. In absence of a degree, 10 years work experience required. Previous soldering experience
or skills preferred. Basic calculus principles as related to RF/Microwave networks. Ability to read, comprehend
and interpret bar graphs and instructions. Thorough knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints and
schematics.
